I keep some crucial items in the office, including a single-serve blender, my favorite teas, some healthy snacks, and… a jump rope. If I feel that I’ve been sitting for too long, I’ll take a jump rope break to engage in some movement and keep my metabolism going. All you need is 15 minutes and a quiet space
